Petr's Violin Shop Policies

• All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
• There is no guarantee on strings against breakage for any reason.
  
• We continually re-order strings to ensure their freshness, consequently, we will not accept strings returns or exchanges.
  
• Trade-in policy:

1. We allow up to 70% of the purchase price paid, as trade-in value towards another instrument of equal or greater value.
   
2. The trade-in must have been purchased from the Violin Shop by the same customer requesting the trade-in.
   
3. Only one-trade-in allowed per purchase.
   
   * Damage affects the trade-in value the percentage allowed shall be determined by the condition of the instrument trade-in.
   * The receipt received at time of purchase must be presented when trading in an instrument.
